Coppola Director’s Cut Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley

Aromas of blackberry bramble, wood char and nut spices with chocolate covered dried cherry.  Palate flavors of mocha and blackberry, anise, with nice acidity, length, and structured tannins.

Black Stallion Estate Winery Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Opens with aromas of yellow pear, crème brûlée, and hints of apricot, apple, and oak. 

Flavor notes of citrus, dried apricot, and pineapple. Vanilla aromatics from oak, and floral perfume from the fruit, precede ripe fruit flavors, balanced with bright acidity to create a multi-layered, complex wine with a lingering finish.
